Voice failure automation

I suggest using a ping tool to test the internet to assure that SIP voice calls can be executed. If they cannot, then send a tag to SCADA and/or use the modem to send SMS messages.

WIN-911 Mobile date/time format

On the WIN-911 Mobile app, how can we change the date/time format of the alarms from mm.jj.aaaa – hh :mm PM (example 6/23/2021 9:00 PM) to jj/mm/aaaa – hh:mm (for example 23/06/2021 21:00).

Log Viewer View State is not retained

The view state of the Log Viewer is not maintained. Columns are re-arranged to suit the end user, but when re-opening Log Viewer the columns revert to default. Please advise how to maintain custom column arrangement.

Bring back Dialout override functionality.
