To comply with 21 CFR requirements, access to OS must be restricted. Unfortunately, print and save as buttons on pdf viewer in newer versions allows access to OS which could result in deleting files by unauthorized users. In previous versions a text file added in project folder disabled the viewer menu functions, but it doesn't work on newer versions.
this issue prevents us from installing newer versions (currently using 15.01). If disabling buttons on viewer is not possible, we have to keep using 15.01 until no longer available and then use another solution instead of XLR.
