Many customers are using cloud platform to send SMS in China which is much reliable for SMS notification as well as cheaper per message. WIN-911 doesn't have this function yet.

I can't tell what labels have been associated with a contact past 3 or so. Arrange the labels vertically instead of horizontally with no provision to scroll.

The Multitech Modems are simply awful. There are many better options of Cellular Modem Technology like Microhard, but there are also many others. Also Many facilities already use Cellular Modems for Data that could be utilized for texting purposes...

I would like the option to be able to filter alarms by priority in iFix similar to the way you do with subscriptions in InTouch.

I want to see the result set from the InTouch subscription to see what tags it finds. This will also help the person see that communications to the running application are good.

With Wonderware you have the ability to set alarm priorities from 1-1000. Some alarm points are more informational than critical and not needed to be alarmed except during working hours. Would like multiple schedules for the Mobile-911 Connections.
