Utilize a checkbox on operator workspace to leave all the operators on the list so they can enable or disable themselves easily

I have a customer that would like to have all their operators on a list. They rotate on call and would like to make things easier. If there was a checkbox they could click on to put themselves on the callout list easily, and clear to remove themselves from the callout notifications.
