Would be usefull to have the ability to silence alarm re-notifications on the mobile app. Operators want an alarm (sound) to alert them when a new alarm comes in, but they do not want to be notified when this alarm clears or is acknowleged by another operator. The notification would still have to go to the mobile app for the proper state of the alarm to be displayed, but ideally, the alarm sound on the app would not be triggered for re-notifications.

If you are using WIN-911 2021 with Basic Notification Policies, you can do this by unchecking all the alarm state boxes except for the initial event, active unacked. The Mobile app will be updated with all alarm states regardless of which checkboxes are checked. The checkboxes correspond to push notifications being sent for that particular push notification.
