Our Operators and Operational Technical Services departments use the Log Viewer for Historical references on Alarms and other info and do not have access to the main WIN-911 server. On the old version we were using (3.19.9) we were able to run the Log Viewer on a separate server but this new version (2021 R3) does not allow for that. If that feature could be available again we would appreciate it.

We'll be releasing a new tool called Control Center with WIN-911 2023 by the end of Q2. This tool swallows the functionality of the Log Viewer and can run on remote machines.

Thank you for the feedback. The Log Viewer from 2021 is essentially the same as the one from the V3 and V4. The difference is that you'll need to install a prerequisite installer which can be found in the Support folder of the WIN-911 installation download. It is called PREREQS.exe. I do agree that we could make this easier and we'll be looking into it.
