We would like the ability to control the format of the mobile pop-up notification. The current format is confusing for most of our users and does not provide easily actionable information without a significant amount of context.
I just tested it out and modifying the Alarm Details in settings does not seem to impact the resulting push notification.
The other thing that would be nice, would to be able to remove the field description from the push notification, it seems to take up most of the space and hard to see the actual message.

I wanted to let you know that you can control the format of push notifications by modifying the Alarm Details format in Settings. You may want to move more essential details about the alarm to the top of the format, so your users can view them. Please let me know if this works for you.
I tried this out, is there any other solution for modifying this format? This only modified the alert in the app, not the push notification format
