During an alarm flood event, Win911 Voice only allows to acknowledge one alarm at a time, meaning you enter a acknowledgement code every time you listen to an alarm. In the old Win911 V7 - operators were able to listen to all alarms and acknowledge with single code. This is very inconvenient from an operational side, usually you get these alarm floods at 2am at night, which makes it very hard for operators to listen to the call. I understand that there is a LogViewer and ack. Page button, however not all operators are computer savy and this usually trying to access SCADA via their phones.
Thanks!
This was added to the Voice module for the 2024R2 release. The new gateway option is called "Allow multiple alarm acknowledgement at once" and allows operators to press the ack key once to ack all previously verbalized alarms.
