ability to disable connection to controller alarms

I am tired of these connection to controller alarms on the WIN911 app. It wouldn't be so bad if it was only the person who is on call getting the alarm, however the alarm goes to every single person in our Basic Tactics page. I do not even have them on the call out list and they are still getting the alarm. I wish there was a way to disable this alarm so it never calls out. We have the voice call out as well so even if the app isn't communicating we still get any real alarms. Last night our internet provider was doing maintenance and we all got two of those connection to controller alarms. It was nothing more than a nuisance alarm. I really want to be able to disable that alarm.
