We get nuisance alarms that say connection to wastewater... and that's all we see. By the time the app is opened the alarm is gone. The worst part is, everyone with signed into the app gets the alarm weather or not they are the actual on-call person. It wouldn't be so bad if it were only the device set at the top of the call out sheet.
You can opt out of these notifications by logging into the Gateway management page for a particular site. You can either click the Online Gateway Link from the Mobile Gateway workspace in WIN-911 or navigate here in a web browser, https://win911mobileproduction.azurewebsites.net/Routes/Routes
