It would be beneficial if the installation unzips those files, rather than needing one-time file access post-installation in order for the software to work correctly. As soon as I gave myself Full Control of those files and launched the software one time, now all users (even those without the same file access), are now able to launch the software.
If you are still experiencing this issue, could you clarify which directories and files were causing the problem?
