My customer would very much like some sort of safeguard in place in the event that someone puts Win911 into standby mode and forgets to reactivate it. It has happened several times, and it creates a possibility of a serious health hazard with no alarming.
This could take the form of a separate alarm category, ie. an alarm that win911 is in standby mode, or other issues related to win911 itself, and standby mode only disables alarms related to intouch or other external providers.
Another option would be to set an amount of time that you want to put it in standby mode before it automatically reverts.
If there is already a way to do something like this, my apologies. I have reached out to support about it previously with no suggestions.
