When calling into win-911 to check alarms, it says I have 0 messages, even if alarms are present - then I have to dial several number keys before it tells me what current alarms are active and unacknowledged. It would be nice if I could call in and instantly hear how many alarms I have and what they are, acknowledge status', etc without having to listen to the menu and then dial tones to hear that info
Here also is where the menu system requires the use to listen to the entire menu before proceeding to the selection. If the system would proceed to the selection when the user enters the digit it would speed up the user experience. This ability existed in V7 and why it was abandoned is a mystery.
