When calling into win-911 to check alarms, it says I have 0 messages, even if alarms are present - then I have to dial several number keys before it tells me what current alarms are active and unacknowledged. It would be nice if I could call in and instantly hear how many alarms I have and what they are, acknowledge status', etc without having to listen to the menu and then dial tones to hear that info
