As a WIN-911 admin I would like to have control on users/user roles who can visualize the option to enable/disable notifications from the 3-dotted menu pane. This will help me avoid the risk that operators mistakenly click on the toggle and forget to activate it back again, not receiving alarms for a long period of time.
