As did the Mobile-911 App, the WIN-911 Mobile App should display the total number of active alarms. While the alarm banner is provided, it is only useful if the user goes into Phone Settings and changes the setting for the banner from 'Temporary' to 'Persistent' to know that an alarm occurred. But the user is then stuck with the banner on their phone. So, if it is set to temporary then you can miss an alarm if you don;t check your phone when the alarm occurs and the only way to know an alarm occurred is to constantly open WIN-911 Mobile App to check or in our case Voice Dial occurs calling the operator that an alarm occurred. At this point, this really defeats the idea of having the mobile application.
Hello Jim,
I'll look into this, it may be possible to have this functionality but it becomes difficult to ensure the badge count is correct when you have your app looking at multiple WIN-911 systems.
