We think reporting on operator responsiveness is important and best accomplished through the Alarm and Notification Management report capabilities of the SmartSights Bundle. The SmartSights Bundle includes automated reporting on alarm activity that can be saved to the local system, the network, and sent by email, among other publishing options.
