When an alarm occurs it will send the notification to multiple sources. If the alarm stays active and acknowledged the alarm there is another notification after 10 minutes. The notifications are via email, voice and text messages ok. The issue is If it gets acknowledged through the Mobile app it sends out an instant notification to all methods instead of just the Mobile App. It would be good that "only" the Mobile App gets re-notified instead of through the other methods.
