Right now You need to have "Renotify on any state change" check on any Strategies that you want the mobile app acknowledgement to work. If this isn't check the alarms will get acknowledge on the server side but the mobile app will sit with a spinning circle for 30ish seconds until it eventually times out and gives you an error. (See attached screen shot).
I don't belive this is the intended functionality.
From a the Win911 Mobile standpoint all that "Renotify on any state change" check box should do is change how push notification are handled, It shouldn’t break acknowledgment of alarms at all.
In my opinion the intended operation should be
Renotify on any state change - Unchecked - Alarms acknowledgement will continue to function normally. But no additional push notifications should be sent to the phone involving state change.

I have a support case open (#265825) regarding this issue. But I was told to voice my opinions here. So here I am.
Thanks.
Thanks Steven. I will look forward to the upcoming release.
Hello Alex,
I agree with you, so much so, that we have already made this change for our upcoming release, WIN-911 2021, which we're looking to release in June.
The behvaior you spelled out is nearly exactly how the software will behave in the update. When it becomes available, I'll be sure to let you know.
