Hi. I don't remember at this pount. Maybe the idea was to have a list of alarms for documentation and, possibly, editing. The ability to import changes would also be valuable. I know I was surprised that the ability was not available.

Clearly the developer group that created the software should be able to create a query for the various tables using joins, etc. to satisfy the original request and make this a system documentation option within the software.
We would like to be able to print a list of potential alarms along with a list of recipients that would receive notifications via email, text, or phone.
Can you help me understand the purpose of being able to print the configuration? How would you want it to be compiled? The configuration is the split amongst multiple databases and tables, and would be somewhat difficult to view.

Feel free to call me at (724)584-4052 if further discussion is needed since these tools are critical. Thanks.
It seems that these should be standard features for an alarming and reporting software package like Win911.
Similarly the logger tool should have the ability to generate a history of events filtered by alarm or recipient.

In a separate request we would like to be able to create an historical list of alarm notification either by alarm or recipient.
