It would be usefull to be able to have additional filter options on an InTouch abonemment.
One of such an additional option could be the InTouch alarm comment. This would make it possible to exclude Tags temporarily without changing the WIN911 configuration.
This is helpful to avoid false alarms during maintenance work. It also gives staff without access to the WIN911 configuration the ability to exclude Tags within InTouch.
This feature is not only usefull - it is necessary, because some filter criterie is only found inside the alarm comment!
