Several of our operators have complained about the Win911 Mobile app. If an alarm comes in and it both clears and is acknowledged before that person opens the app, there will be no indication to the operator of what the alarm was. This could be handled by viewing the push notification. However, when you click on the notification, it brings you into the app where the alarm might no longer be. In the Mobile911 app, I believe you received more information in the notification itself as well as the alarm not clearing from the phone until you deleted it.
Thanks for the info. Storing the pushes that were sent to the app is an interesting idea. I'm not sure if it is possible, we'll certainly take a look. We have quite a few requests for alarm history so we'll likely implement that solution. When we get closer to the design stages of this feature, we may reach out again for more feedback.
Have a great weekend!

Steven,
For our application, a couple days would be sufficient. I wonder if that could even be a configurable setting as I am sure it would be different for different sites. Additionally, for our issue, the alarm history wouldnt be absolutely necessary. If the notifications were separate and could be viewed regardless of alarm status, that would work. The issue there is the notification doesnt seem to have a lot of details and when I click on it, it doesnt open the notification, but rather the Win911 Mobile app. Either way would satisfy our needs, though.

Tim
Hello Tim,
Thank you for your feedback.
We have another feature request for adding alarm history to the mobile app, which is something we'll be looking at soon. I'll go ahead and merge this request with the other.
Quick question while I've got your attention, how long do you think the app should hold on to alarm history?
Thanks again,
Steven Rivas
