Automatic WIN-911 Startup After Server Power Outage Without Needing to Log On
The idea would be that WIN-911 services start up automatically after a server power outage without needing a user to log on first.

WIN-911 processes typically run as services for this very reason. There are a couple of exceptions where a specific process must run in a desktop session - the Announcer (part of Control Center now) requires a desktop session for access to a sound device, the iFIX and InTouch direct connect source runtime processes require this for access to the SCADA interfaces they connect with. In all other cases (including OPC and all external notifiers), the solution is designed to start up automatically as desired.
