I would like to send alarm notifications to myself in Teams and acknowledge them back to my SCADA system.

It's possible today to deliver notifications to MS Teams via email. That works well, especially with some format customization. It's not yet possible to ack (or any other email interaction) directly from Teams; that would require further integration. We imagine two very different approaches. First, a channel per Notification policy where alarm messages arrive like today but with an ack mechanism. A shared channel would allow team collaboration within an alarm event context and visibility of team member response. The second approach would be direct messages to individuals. Would both of these approaches fit your application if we chose to implement only one? Other than ack, does any other interaction make sense for your application?
