On a large system like the one we have, it lakes an hour to export OPC DA alarms. It would be much faster if you could export alarms that you select or filter.
Currently we have 1700 alarms, and the system is still growing.
It would be great if it was under 5 minutes, but 5-10 minutes would be acceptable. I am still working with support on importing alarms, but from my testing to import 10 alarms, i have to export the entire DB, add my 10 alarms, and then import in. So when it takes an hour to export, it really takes a long time to do this 'simple' process.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing performance issues with WIN-911. When you say you have a large system, how many tags are you monitoring? What would be an acceptable amount of time for export and import?
