• GUI & Navigation: The current interface feels dated and occasionally cluttered. In a "call out" scenario, every second counts. We would like to see a cleaner, more streamlined GUI that prioritizes active alarms and simplifies the acknowledgement process.
• User-Friendliness: The workflow for navigating between notifications and history could be more intuitive. Reducing the number of taps required to perform essential actions would significantly improve our response efficiency.
• Critical Bug - Help Section: Currently, the "Help" section within the app is non-functional. When users encounter an issue during a call-out, they have no immediate resource for guidance. Ensuring that support documentation is accessible within the app is vital for operational continuity.
