Ability to have multiple schedules for the same user (same email address)
This is achievable through SQL, but a more ideal method is requested. Example:
EmployeeA Email Work Hours (EmployeeA@neorsd.org) would receive notifications M-F 7:00 – 17:00.
EmployeeA All Hours (EmployeeA@neorsd.org) would receive notifications all the time.

I believe you mistook our ask. We know we can make two connections with two different email addresses or two different phone numbers. The ask is to make multiple schedules with the same email address. Please revert this ticket status as it doesn't "already exist".
A single Contact (e.g. John Smith) can have multiple Connections (e.g. John's daytime phone + John's nighttime phone). This allows John to have different phone numbers with different schedules and even different formats (so John can get more verbose messages at night to help him decide whether or not to drive in). Likewise, it's possible to configure two different email Connections for John with different schedules.
