As the supervisor of a facility using WIN911 I can receive alarms from 6 different phone lines. The new WIN911 software only provides the option for unique acknowledgement codes for each phone line dial out. The user should have the option to choose what system works best for their establishment. The older version (V7) allowed for using identical acknowledgement codes over multiple phone lines.
