WIN-911

We would like for WIN-911 to have the ability to send SMS notifications via the Internet without purchasing an SMS modem.

Add tag description to Timeline and Historical logs. Our tag names are not detailed enough to tell what the alarm is. We need the description for this purpose.

When viewing the Historical Logs, Timeline, etc. We would like to be able to see the Tag Description or Comment instead of the Tag Name.

For some alarms, having a 5 minute interval is a long time. Being able to set it less, say 1 Minute, would be nice.

The ability to either export or run a report for what tags are in the alarm database.
