In some systems an event can generate multiple alarms which can take a long time to listen and acknowledge individually. It would be helpful if there was an option to send "acknowledge all" from phone interface.
Playing uninterrupted would be way better than what you have now. Also, clients understand that they will/might ack unheard alarms and are okay with this. I'm just conveying what I hear our clients saying...
If we were to do something like this, you would run the risk of acknowledging alarms that you never heard, which is a huge liability. What if we went back to the V7 where all the alarms play uninterrupted, and then you acknowledge at the end? Perhaps we could make it an option.
