The Schedules feature is a great feature for deciding when, who, and how to call people. I wish there was a way to use an Outlook calendar directly as a configured schedule. Our maintenance uses an already exiting outlook calendar to track vacations, out of office appointments, and changes in shift schedules per person. If this Outlook calendar could be accessed through Win-911 as a schedule that dynamically updates it could make more informed decisions for the tactics and strategies that are programmed for specific alarms. If I make a schedule for a specific mechanic but then they cover for another mechanic due to them being on vacation I would have to change the schedule or tactic within Win-911 to contact the covering mechanic and not notify someone that is not available at that given time. I could create a schedule to mimic the Outlook calendar but I would have to modify it as it changes in Outlook everyday or so.
