Include support code for "Renew Your Support" notifications in Mobile app

I have multiple sites and multiple customers registered in my WIN911 Mobile app, it would be useful if the notification to renew support included some information about which account specifically needs to be renewed. I also think their may be an issue with the way that it is displayed on iPhone (see screenshot)
