Having the log viewer pop up in the middle of the screen when a new unacknowledged alarm occurs could be useful in some applications. This could be a selectable feature chosen inside of the workspace.

We would like the ability to control the format of the mobile pop-up notification. The current format is confusing for most of our users and does not provide easily actionable information without a significant amount of context.

The idea would be that WIN-911 services start up automatically after a server power outage without needing a user to log on first.
